Vellum (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Vision Board mobile application (the “App”).

a. Information You Provide
Vision Board does not require you to create an account to use the app.
If you contact us for support, we may collect:

The information you choose to provide in your message
b. Subscription & Purchase Information
Subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store.
We do not receive your full payment information.
We may receive limited transaction data such as:
Subscription status
Product identifiers
Purchase confirmation status
This data is used only to determine access to premium features.
c. Usage Data
We may collect limited, anonymous analytics data to improve the App. This may include:
App version
Device type
Operating system version
General feature usage
This information does not personally identify you.
d. AI-Generated Content
Vision Board can generate imagery and boards using artificial intelligence. When you use these features, the text prompts and inputs you enter are sent to trusted third-party AI providers to create your results.
Only the text you type is sent to generate content — photos from your library are never uploaded.
Your prompts are used solely to produce the content you request.
Prompts are linked only to an anonymous identifier, never to your real-world identity.
AI features are optional, and your prompts are not used to build a personal profile of you.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and maintain the App
Enable premium subscription features
Improve performance and design
Respond to support inquiries
Monitor app stability and crashes
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
Vellum may use trusted third-party services to operate the App, such as:
Apple (App Store purchases)
RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)
PostHog (privacy-focused product analytics)
AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic (to generate images and boards from your prompts)
These providers may process limited data necessary to provide their services.
We do not control how Apple processes data collected through the App Store.
5. Data Retention
We retain only the minimal data necessary to operate and improve the App.
If you uninstall the App, most locally stored data is removed from your device.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data, including:
